Generating or signing a certificate failed.

A certificate this module just signed or loaded could not be turned into something rustls can serve.

The zones could not be assembled into one resolver.

Refused(String)

A zone this mode was asked to serve is not one it may serve. Carries crate::source::CertificateSource::refusal_for’s sentence.
