limit: Option<usize>

How many repositories to return.

cursor: Option<String>

The DID the previous page ended at.

The page size to apply, defaulted and capped.

A limit above the ceiling is capped rather than refused, which is the position the query service takes and holds for the same reason: a client asking for ten thousand wants as many as it can have, and an error teaches it to ask for exactly the ceiling instead.
