What this deployment is doing right now, for a reader with no credential.

The same snapshot routes::require_lifecycle refuses from, so a page saying a deployment serves reads and a 503 saying it does not cannot both be answered at once. Every field is already visible to a caller who tries the route and reads the refusal; this is that fact stated once, where it can be read without provoking one.
