DroppedPushes

Struct DroppedPushes

Source
pub struct DroppedPushes {
    pub displaced: u64,
    pub unresolved_hint: u64,
    pub server_full: u64,
}
Expand description

How many pushes have not left an answerable decision record behind, this process’s lifetime, by reason.

What an operator reads instead of the log. Every one of these answers the caller 201 except server_full, because this endpoint is unauthenticated and no observable answer may depend on an account — see push_authorization_request. That is what makes a flood aimed at one account invisible from outside, and the info line these count alongside is sampled so that logging cannot itself be flooded. GET /health carries them under oauthPushes.

Fields§

§displaced: u64

Pushes past an account’s own bound, each of which took that account’s oldest undecided record with it.

§unresolved_hint: u64

Pushes whose login_hint named no account here.

§server_full: u64

Pushes refused because this server holds as many undecided records as it will.
