pub enum DecisionRefused {
TooMany(usize),
}Expand description
Why a record could not be stored.
One reason, and it is server state — identity-independent, true for every
caller alike — which is what makes it safe to answer truthfully from an
unauthenticated endpoint: oauth::par::ParError::TooManyPending’s wire
body exists in exactly one shape. An account’s own bound never refuses a
push, because a 403 that fires only for accounts already under load is
a login_hint oracle by another name; it displaces that account’s oldest
undecided record instead — see DecisionStore::put.
