What a conditional hard delete checks each account against: before it takes anything, and again for each account with that account’s writes held off. See Registry::hard_delete_if.

Fields

kind: Option<AccountKind>

Only accounts of this kind go.

never_wrote: bool

Only accounts known never to have written go, and no host or service account unless kind names it.

idle_before: Option<OffsetDateTime>

Only accounts whose last commit, or creation when there is none, is no later than this go.

writers: Option<Writers>

writers, read once before the delete. A write the log gains after this moves the account’s last commit, which idle_before refuses.

The checks a delete’s body asks for, or the refusal to answer with. A never-wrote delete has to name idleFor, at least AuthState::never_wrote_min_idle.
