Fields

policies: BTreeMap<String, PolicyRecord>

Every policy record held, by record key.

bindings: BTreeMap<String, PolicyBinding>

Every binding record held, by record key.

digest: String

A digest over every record key and body, in both collections. Two readers holding the same records agree on this string, so an operator checks what a server enforces by comparing it.
