One record a policy reads from a repository this server does not hold.

The declaration says where to look, never what to conclude: the write path reads it and hands the answer to the engine under name, and a statement decides what a value, an absence and an unknown each mean for it.

What a statement calls this lookup’s answer.

accounts: Accounts

Whose repositories to read.

collection: String

The collection to read in each of them.

rkey: Option<String>

The record key to read, or None to read the whole collection.
