POST /xrpc/bot.did.parkKey

Unauthenticated and bounded per caller address: a machine that has made a key parks its public half here for minutes, and prints the fingerprint for the operator to admit from their side. A park mints nothing.

Parks are held per key, so several may stand under one name at once and parking is not a way to hold a name. KeyAlreadyParked names the same key parked again before its own park lapsed.
