Struct Exclusions

Source
pub struct Exclusions {
    pub commit: bool,
    pub identity: bool,
    pub account: bool,
}
Expand description

Which message types one connection wants.

The lexicon’s excludeCommit, excludeIdentity and excludeAccount, read once at connect time. They are a delivery filter and nothing more: sequence numbers are not renumbered per consumer, and an excluded frame still spends its number. That is what lets a consumer that excluded something reconnect with a cursor which skips past the frames it never saw — the numbers it did see are the same numbers everyone else saw.

Fields§

§commit: bool

Drop #commit frames.

§identity: bool

Drop #identity frames.

§account: bool

Drop #account frames.

Implementations§

Source§

impl Exclusions

Source

pub fn wants(&self, kind: FrameKind) -> bool

Whether a frame of this kind should reach the consumer.

No parameter excludes #sync: it says a repository was reset, which a consumer holding that repository cannot do without.

Source

pub fn any(&self) -> bool

Whether anything at all is excluded.
