Function commit_body

fn commit_body(seq: u64, event: &RepoCommit, time: &str) -> Value

The #commit body, as the lexicon defines it.

rebase, tooBig and blobs are the lexicon’s three deprecated fields. They are still required, so they are written at their fixed empty values — false, false and the empty list — rather than omitted.
