Writes one consumer’s frames onto its socket until either end stops.

Reads are drained and discarded: this stream carries nothing from the consumer, but a socket whose incoming half is never polled never sees the close frame that says the consumer has gone, so the task would outlive it.

The end of a connection that began is written at info, with the cursor it asked for, why it ended, how long it lasted and how many frames it was sent. A consumer closed for falling behind is written at warn.
