GET /xrpc/com.atproto.sync.getRepoStatus
What com.atproto.sync.subscribeRepos’s #account says about one
account, on request, with the rev a caller compares a relay’s copy
against. The active and status pair is read through
didbot_pds::HostedAccount::sync_status, the mapping the stream
announces from, so this route and the next frame say the same thing. A
relay holding an older frame is brought level by the announcement a boot
makes of every position that changed — see
didbot_pds::Provisioner::announce_accounts. An
account that mapping
announces nothing for — reserved, or still provisioning — is
RepoNotFound here for the same reason it is silent there: a relay was
never told it exists, and this route must not be the first to say so.
