GET /xrpc/com.atproto.repo.listRecords

Newest first unless reverse says otherwise, capped at limit and defaulting to DEFAULT_LIST_LIMIT. cursor resumes strictly after the record key a previous page ended on, which is what makes a repository readable past the lexicon’s ceiling of a hundred.
