POST /xrpc/com.atproto.repo.deleteRecord

Idempotent, as the lexicon’s own description asks for: “delete a repository record, or ensure it doesn’t exist”. A record that was not there is a 200 and an empty body, exactly like one that was. An unknown repository is still a 404 — that is a caller pointing at nothing, not a caller making sure of something.

The response omits commit, which the lexicon marks optional. There is no commit here to report.
