How long bot.did.listPendingAuthorizations will hold a request open.
The daemon polls with wait=25, one poll per account it holds a token
for, and this is the ceiling it is clamped to. Long enough that a poll
loop is cheap and short enough to stay well inside any intermediary’s own
idle timeout.
