GET /xrpc/_health

The reference PDS’s health route, which pdscheck and debug.hose.cam probe and read a server’s version from. The same answer that server gives (packages/pds/src/basic-routes.ts in bluesky-social/atproto at 388dac9f): {"version": ...}, or a 503 adding "error": "Service Unavailable" while this deployment serves no reads. version is the revision health reports, and is left out, as the reference leaves out an unset one, for a build that was not told.
