pub const SYNC_READ_LIMIT: u32 = 600;Expand description
How many com.atproto.sync.* reads one caller address may make per
SYNC_READ_WINDOW; see AuthState::sync_rate_limiter.
Reasonable range: 60 to 60000. Each of these reads can rebuild and
sign a repository on the blocking pool, and none of them is
authenticated. Six hundred a minute is ten a second sustained from one
address, which clears a relay backfilling this deployment’s repositories
and a didbot-swarm run sharing one address, and still bounds what a
stranger can spend of the pool.
