The RFC 7638 JWK thumbprint of an EC P-256 public key, from its raw coordinates.
A standalone entry point as well as DpopVerifier::verify’s internal
step: an authorization server mints a token’s cnf.jkt from the DPoP
proof presented at the token endpoint, before any resource-server
verifier is in the picture, and needs this without a whole DpopVerifier
to get it.
