Covers both halves of the redirect question at once, so the answer does
not depend on how the caller’s [reqwest::Client] is configured: a client
that follows redirects arrives with a different [reqwest::Response::url],
and one that does not arrives with a 3xx status still sitting at the
requested URL. Either way the document did not come from client_id.
