The same mapping, as the com.atproto.repo.* surface reports it.
One renaming and nothing else: an account this deployment does not hold is
UnknownAccount to bot.did.*, which is a statement about an
account, and RepoNotFound to com.atproto.repo.*, which is a statement
about a repository. They are the same condition seen from two surfaces,
and each surface uses the name its own clients are written against.
It exists as a function rather than as a second From so there is one
place where the difference between the two surfaces is written down, and
so a new variant added to ProvisionError gets its status and name once.
