GET /dashboard/callback

Where the operator’s authorization server sends the browser back. A sign-in the page started goes back to the page, with the session’s CSRF token in the address: dashboard.js reads it once and takes it out of the address bar. A sign-in a command line started goes to the loopback address it is waiting on. A sign-in that ended any other way is a page saying so.
