POST /dashboard/api/accounts/{did}/erase

The operator’s erasure: the repository, its history, its blobs and its credentials go, the name is burned, and the row and the DID document stay so past signatures keep checking. It ignores the locks, so a locked or quarantined account is erased too, and the ledger names the operator.
