Constant NEVER_WROTE_MIN_IDLE

pub const NEVER_WROTE_MIN_IDLE: Duration;

The shortest idleFor a neverWrote delete takes, unless [operator] never_wrote_min_idle_secs sets another. An agent’s account is created before its session makes its first write, and an hour is well past that.
