pub const DEFAULT_REPLAY_BYTES: usize = _; // 67_108_864usizeExpand description
How many encoded bytes the replay buffer holds, if a deployment does not choose.
A commit may carry up to 2,000,000 bytes of blocks, so a frame count
alone does not bound memory: 4096 such frames are 8 GB. The buffer holds
up to twice this for streams that have not sent their frames, and 128 MiB
is a sixteenth of the 2 GiB the default instance has. 64 MiB still holds
DEFAULT_REPLAY_FRAMES frames of up to 16 KiB, or 32 of the largest.
