Maps a blob failure onto the error name a client switches on.
BlobNotFound and RepoNotFound are the lexicons’ own names for
getBlob. The others are this server’s, because the lexicons declare
nothing for them: a size limit and the quotas are a deployment’s policy
rather than the protocol’s, and corruption is not a thing the protocol
expects a server to be able to notice.
