Function micros_now

fn micros_now() -> u64
Expand description

Microseconds since the Unix epoch, clamped into a TID’s 53 bits.

A clock before the epoch reads as the epoch. It is not worth an error path: the resulting key is still unique and still sorts, because Minter::next enforces both regardless of what the clock says.
