Resolves did through source and verifies the result belongs to it.
did is dispatched by method: did:web and did:plc each get the URL
their method defines, and any other method is refused with
ResolveError::UnsupportedMethod before source is ever asked to
fetch anything. The id check is here rather than in the source so that
no transport can be written that forgets it.
